Being Human during this Pandemic

It’s hard to predict which way things would go over the next few weeks or months, and this uncertainty forces each of us to act with caution and create unease and anxiety. I am sharing five simple tips that help me to manage my emotional well being better.

  1. Be in the moment, and only think of today. It becomes challenging when I start comparing my past with my today, causes a feeling of inadequateness, and more I think about tomorrow causes unease and anxiety.
  2. Everything is temporary! Again, reminding myself that everything has a start and an end…
